14 day free returns

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are completely free and paid by us.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.

How to return

Email support@sorbane.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
